I have sold tons of vacant property and new construction homes. I know the building process from ground work and foundation to the finishing touches. This translates to expertise in helping you evaluate good construction on an older home, inspection related issues, plus I also know a lot of contractors to call on when repairs, remodeling, or construction questions come up.
My 19 years of experience gives me a lot of confidence. I know I can handle tough situations and I do not back down when hurdles present themselves. I work hard to create solutions. My clients get my full attention and I make myself available to help and do whatever it takes to complete a transaction. I stage homes, hire landscapers, suggest the very best marketing plan and together with my team of experts, I always put my best effort in everything that I do.
My strengths are communication, following through with my promises, finding answers if I don’t have them and going the extra mile with a smile!
I have sold properties all over Snohomish and King Counties and I have lived in Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, Lake Stevens, Snohomish and Bothell. I know all of the Eastside and I can offer a lot of personal expertise in these communities.
I have a Merchandising/Business BS degree from Oregon State University and I continue to stay current in Real Estate with ongoing continuing education courses.
