Makayla’s personality and longstanding industry presence has proven to be a coveted asset. She knows that the Seattle Real Estate Market can be difficult to navigate. Makayla was born and raised in Seattle. While in high school she started working in the retail industry and loved the interactions she had with customers. After purchasing her first home at the age of 19 and starting a family, she realized how important time with her children was and decided to start her own business. In 1995, she started a small house cleaning business in the Skagit Valley. This allowed her to be available for her children growing up.
In 2000, she moved back to the Seattle area after a large builder she had worked for in Bellingham asked her to do a site in Mill Creek area. From there, she built a successful new Construction Cleaning Business. She became a preferred sub-contractor to many of the small and large builders in the area. Hard work, balancing strategic partnerships and delivering the gold standard of customer service has been her calling card. Her dedication and care have proven invaluable to all her clients.
Besides being a real estate agent and local business owner, Makayla finds time to give back to her community working with the homeless, women in recovery and her church. She loves to travel and spend time with her grown children and grand daughters. There is always time to make memories.
